You’re not able to access Thematic Portfolios either because you haven’t updated your app, or because you are a client with Domestic Ringgit Borrowing. The composition of our current Thematic Portfolios doesn’t meet Bank Negara's Foreign Exchange Administration requirements for customers with domestic ringgit borrowing.
