How does my money get invested from the moment I made a deposit?

Here are the timelines for different portfolios:


Manual Deposit (JomPay and Interbank GIRO)

General Investing (StashAway and powered by BlackRock®) & Goal-Based Investing portfolios, Thematics portfolios, ESG portfolios and Flexible portfolios takes 2-3 business days.

StashAway Simple™ takes up to 1-3 business days.

Direct Debit Deposit

General Investing (StashAway and powered by BlackRock®) & Goal-Based Investing portfolios, StashAway Simple™ portfolios, Thematics portfolios, ESG portfolios and Flexible Portfolios takes 5-7 Business Days (for the first time) to be fully processed, due to the setting up of your E-Mandate. Thereafter, every subsequent direct debit should take 2-3 business days to process.

Kindly note that funds received before noon time will be processed on the same business day while funds received after noontime will be processed on the next business day. Fund transfers made on a non business day (such as weekends and public holidays) will only be processed on the next business day.

To ensure the fund is processed accordingly, kindly be reminded to include your unique reference code when you made the transfer.

Rest assured, once the transfer has been received and linked to your StashAway account, you will receive a confirmation receipt from us via email.
