Complaints Procedure

How to file a complaint

Meeting the investment needs of our customers is a top priority for us. If our products and / or services have not met your expectations, you may lodge a complaint through one of the following avenues:

ii) Call us on +60 3 9212 8536 at any time during business hours (9am-6pm, Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays); or

iii) Email us at complaints@stashaway.my

To enable us to investigate and resolve your complaint effectively, we may ask you for the following information:

a) Your name and contact details; b) The nature of your complaint; c) The name(s) of the person(s) you have been in contact with; and d) The details relevant to your complaint which can include any action you have taken to address your complaint, any communications you have had with us pertaining to your complaint or any documentation you have that would serve as supporting evidence to your complaint.

In the event that you are not satisfied with the manner in which your complaint has been handled by us or the resolution that we provided, you may file your complaint to the Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") or the Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (“SIDREC”) for an independent review of the matter:

Securities Commission Malaysia

The Securities Commission Malaysia ("SC") is a statutory body entrusted with the responsibility of regulating and systematically developing the Malaysia’s capital markets. It has direct responsibility in supervising and monitoring the activities of market institutions and regulating all persons licensed under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007. The Investor Affairs & Complaints Department of the SC handles complaints and enquiries from the public pertaining to the capital market and its players. You may contact them through one of the following avenues:

Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre

The Securities Industry Dispute Resolution Centre ("SIDREC") is a body approved by the SC to handle monetary claims by investors against stockbrokers, futures brokers, fund managers and unit trust management companies, amongst others, who are licensed under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, to conduct regulated activities in Malaysia. Should you have a complaint against us regarding a monetary dispute not exceeding RM250,000, you may contact them through one of the following avenues:
